That's actually a nice quality picture. Did you take that picture?

No, it is a link to a Wiki picture. (The quality is VERY good, especially when shown full sized).

But it is nice, and gives an idea of the atmosphere one might get in New York City.

Smoothies....? I can't imagine that is going to be a 6 figure income. Are you retired and just looking for a hobby or what? Seems like a lot of work for a small gain, and a ton of headaches.

Banks will not loan you anything. If you're serious about this and have no money, buy a push cart and roll yourself on over to where all your customers are.
LOL if the location he has under his avatar is correct, he lives in NYC. You can't just roll a cart into the middle of midtown manhattan and start selling stuff.

How much can this cost really? I have all the equipment. Legal issues shouldn't cost much. A ingrediant supplier shouldn't cost me much. And marketing cost shouldn't cost me that much. If I play my cards right how can I lose out?

There are parts of NYC cart vendors pay the city $200,000+ per year to operate a vending cart. No that is not a typo.

disappoint,

Duh! He doesn't have to worry about that because his business plan is simply brilliant!

1) Customer orders smoothie, not sure if it's over the phone, website, Facebook or Sears catalog.
2) Naer prepares smoothie in his house using ingredients purchased directly from a "supplier". Once the smoothie has been made it's delivered, of course it won't melt or anything like that, right?
3) He collects $$$ without having to pay rent or a cart.

Genius!

4) He goes to prison for breaking the food selling (etc) law(s).
5) His landlord (presumably) kicks him out for breaking the lease rules.
6) He starts a thread entitled "How do I find a lawyer, now that I am homeless, penniless, and due to go to jail soon ?"

Can you consider it a troll if everyone thinks the OP is dumb? Trolling is more aimed at making someone upset and that isn't what the OP has achieved. A good troll thread would be something along the lines of posting something so provocative that you cant tell if the poster is just trying to make you mad but you are actually mad.

For Example, a race bait thread: This reddit thread below could potentially be a troll thread since it's aimed at making Blacks upset by putting them in a stereotype.
http://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/2w0lvf/my_friend_one_of_the_nicest_people_i_know_waited/

Or: Making a thread calling the Partiots a cheater. :)

The only thing the OP has achieved is to make himself look stupid, very far from making anyone upset. If he comes out and says that he's a troll and been trolling the whole time, he runs the risk of getting the ban hammer. He's in a no win situation.

Naer,

When does your smoothie delivery business open? Have you thought of a name yet?
