What a stupid question in MHO rudeguy, as garhottie, you republirats have already amassed such a rich and diverse list of insulting nicknames already. Why do you need more? Let me recite some, the ever popular Obummer, the closet Muslim not born in the USA, and the list is endless.

As all I can do is laugh about the last Potus election in 2008. As the GOP invested everything, ever since, 1992, in demonizing Hillary Clinton. All those rich names, Swillery, the hildabeast, and others too insulting to repeat in polite company, all wasted when Obama won the 2008 democratic primaries.

But still rudeguy, if you are unable to reach deep and come up with new slogans, someone in the GOP will not lack your lack of creatity.
 
Just ask any conservative teapartier around here. They have PLENTY of nicknames for him. Just don't expect them to be used publicly. 😉

For now, "Mr. President" will have to do. (if he had any serious competition, I'd be fine with your suggestion, but I SINCERELY hope the voters of the USA are smart enough not to fall for Mitt the Mormon's bullshit.)

Of course, don't forget the usual "Bobo the post monkey," or any of the other myriad of names the righties call him.
