help me bulid a budget computer

hi i'm looking to bulid a computer that can have like 60+ FPS or something for fifa 19 and 200- ish FPS for CS:GO my budget is 300 euros my budget is 300 euros (341.09100 USD) and i live in bulgaria thanks in advance also im very new to the pc bulding stuff so i would be very glad if you guys can help me also i don't need a HardDrive since im planning to use the one i have in my old pc which is 1tb but would be nice if had a SSD tho
 
300 euros unfortunately won't buy you a gaming PC with those requirements. I'd recommend saving some more money and maybe buying one this summer.

AMD's new Ryzen 3000 series might have a better APU or CPU to build with too.

how about 500' euros i'm looking to play is cs go with 200+ fps 🙁
 
We might be able to find you something for that price. I'm at work currently but i'll see what we can come up with or any other members might chime in.
 
I have seen some people buy off-lease computers and just add a video card.
This is a valid option for those who don't have much money to spend on building a new system. If the OP is careful, he can get a system with fairly decent specs in 2019 for not very much money.
