Does your site have spell check...

I have infultrated the E3 press area, nothing...

Guess not.

I've already admitted in this thread that I am a bad speller, I don't think that we need to continue to harp on that fact. I generally run everything through MS word to spell check things, however that was a post that I had not.

LOL oops sorry, I'll get to it, and I'll post the letter that got me out of the ticket there as well.

as for phreakah, honestly because I couldn't pay by credit card (they didn't have a CC scanner) and I don't generally carry cash or my check book w/ me on vacation that way if someone steals my wallet, I have only about 3 phone calls to make before I have money back in my pocket without loosing any and can secure my identity information.

w00t I beat it, I took your advice, knocked out #3 and #4, prettied it up (kissed their ass.) and got a phone call today telling me the ticket has been voided and that I will recive a letter in the mail soon acknowlaging it. if you want a copy of the letter I used, send me a PM. the reason given was that the signs were in an un-readable condition.

I didn't see the thread until just now...
That's generally sufficient to get out of a ticket. We used to have a bad stop-sign... very old, very worn at the end of my block. I rarely stopped for it (a stop sign was pretty unnecessary there; a yield would have been more appropriate, but they rarely use those in the city.)
Friend (policeman) said "one of these days, someone's going to see you going through that stop sign and give you a ticket." Me: "what stop sign? I never noticed a stop sign, as defined by the DOT. There's certainly nothing reflective at that corner that can be seen at night by my headlights. Him: "good point."
Weeks later, I noticed quite a few stop signs in that condition were replaced with decent looking ones. (and honestly, unless you were really looking for it, you would NOT see it at night. )

Your friend casually mentioned that you were catching on :p
