Take a magic marker and divide your home up into a search grid.
Develop a coordinate system for your grid, writing the coordinates in each grid square.
Carefully search each square for your keys.
Be sure to draw a big X through each square searched so you don't inadvertently search the same square twice.
Find your keys.
Even after you locate your keys, be sure to keep searching as there might have been more lost items and also to rule out any weird quantum effects.
