What are his interests? That would help narrow it down for ya.

FINALLY a serious reply. Thank you, he loves science and reading. I want it to be something that he'll look back when he's an adult and smile.

My son, unfortunately, has been raised by his maternal parent in a less-then-desirable white-trashlike environ. It's all about mememememememme!!!!!! Just like his worthless mom.

Sorry...I'll leave now.

We had two bags of grass, 75 pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half-full of cocaine, and a whole galaxy of uppers, downers, laughers, screamers... Also, a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether, and two dozen amyls. Not that we needed all that for the trip, but once you get into a serious drug collection, the tendency is to push it as far as you can.

"The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity, of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of this mystery every day. Never lose a holy curiosity."

One of the ones in our locker room that I like is "If you think that nothing small can make a difference, try sleeping in a room with a mosquito in it for one night."

Here's what I wish I had under my yearbook picture, and will be on my tombstone:

"Chingon"

that being said, why don't you ask your son what he wants, seeing as how it's his picture and yearbook?
