Help decide between monitors

So, I have to try and pick a monitor (or a dual setup) for cad type of work. Movies and games are a non-factor. Mostly just want a decent monitor that will put the least amount of strain on the eyes as I will be staring for long periods of time at the screens. For this type of usage, are the cheaper IPS monitors worth it over a TN panel (or whatever other tech)? Budget is ~ $300. So far I have these options, any opinions, anyone know of a better monitor? Thanks.

One more. Also forgot to mention, the 27" Dell would be single monitor, the rest would be dual.
