man i wish that virginia would have won

She was totally incompetent when it came to running a restaurant. She couldn't handle her cooks at all. It was a complete disaster at times. Not to mention her cooking. She just could not handle the pressure at all. She could make a dish well sometimes, but when she's on that line... no way.

Her biggest problem was her selection for staff. I know she wanted to use the weaker players to make a point, but that was a horrible plan. But I'll agree that Heather was better at running a kitchen, but I think Virginia is still clearly the better chef.

You have watched the show, right? Virginia is good at the challenges. Put her in a kitchen and you get Tom.

But what's your point? There's a difference between running a kitchen/head chef/ or whatever want to call it and just being a chef. One on one, her best dish against Heather's best dish, my money's on Virginia every time. Easy money.

That may be the case, but they were looking for the best well-rounded chef. Virginia simply isn't.

I agree, I didn't say Virginia should have won. I think Heather was the better choice for the LV restaurant. I think Virginia would excel at a small upscale fine dining restaurant. Heather is better suited for the larger more industrial kitchens.

She was f'ed either way. But that was her fault during the competition when she wasn't making any friends. If Heather had K-Grease instead of Sara, they would have completely KILLED service. However, give Virginia the same team and she'd be screwed still. She's too weak.

In a no pressure restaurant where the Executive Chef actually does some cooking, yeah, Virginia would do real well. If she's smart, she'll figure that out and act appropriately.
