Finally got everything working except for accessing the LAN (cant login because there is no password to enter).

This new "in private" browsing mode in Internet Explorer is rubbish anyway. Everyone in the internet cafe can still see me wanking.

That "Incognito window" for Google Chrome sounds like you're getting an awesome deal doesn't it?? browse for sick videos and porn all day and anyone else who uses the computer will be none the wiser.. well..

One day when I have the money and the free space in my house I am going to make and keep proper DOS, Win98, and Win XP gaming machines.

Running in emulation or virtual machine isnt close to good enough. And theres a buttload of old titles I love.

I tried VirtualBox and VM Player (dont use the current player because it has a bug that wont allow you do download essential tools, use 4.01) for Win95/98. I think later Im going to get windows 3.1 running. I have the install disks. 🙂

I can save you a lot of time getting it running. If you have it, I would suggest win98se since it supports USB 2.0 natively. You need a win98 boot floppy image and copy all your installtion disks to UDF because WIN7 doesnt read CDFS file systems (died with WIN XP). Im about to install KernalEx to install flash and other goodies. Install SB16 PCI for sound (very easy, instructions available). You can also drag and drop files between desktops.

I did all this so I could play MechWarrior again...and for the nostalgia of course. :wub:
