Hello all forum members, what is your specialty?

The ATOT community is growing by leaps and bounds. With such a large community, I can expect that we'd have people here from some pretty diverse backgrounds, and some of you would have some really interesting jobs or special talents that help you make a living. I'm hoping that some of you would like to share these with us in this thread. Do we have any restaurant chefs here? Or bakers? How about firemen or policemen? Any astrophysicists or rocket scientists? Neurosurgeons? Bona fide porn stars??? (you must reference your work for us to believe you!) Anyway, now is your chance to boast!

I'm just your average geeky computer guy who knows a lot about computers and can use pretty much any software without reading a manual. In fact, this ability came in handy when all of a sudden I was tasked with developing research reports, mass email campaigns and newsletters at my work. Unlike most geeky computer guys, however, I suck at math and excel at arts & letters.

What kind of sauces? Usually a little sauterne white cooking wine reduced, add some garlic, some butter, and some heavy whipping cream. That's an easy base for any specialty white sauce.

If anyone is a chinese cook, do you have a recipe of mongolian beef?? And how do the chinese resteraunts (mostly go to chinese retaraunts) tenderize the beef so well? It always tastes so good.....
