Looks like purely a case of very poor driving skill. He'd have done the same thing in any moderately powerful rear drive car, imo.
Plus summer tires in cold weather...

And definitely won't be the last by a long shot if people buy those and think they corner well.
Actually the reviews on this car say it handles very well considering it's weight and Dodge installed a very beefy braking system as well. Bottom line is with that kind of torque and HP available this is a car that one has to SLOWLY learn to use it's potential, if your just gonna go out on your first ride and stomp on it on a winding road the result will probably be bad. I guess they could have made it AWD or installed much bigger tires to help with traction but the onus is on the owner to learn how to handle it's enormous output, not romp on it like it's a 350HP Mustang.
