Suppose to be like 28 here with a higher "feels like". Glad I mowed my lawn about an hour ago. 😛 Today is my stay at home and do stuff around the house day. I don't feel too bad as I was outside pretty much every day of my weeks off. Cant believe it's already mostly over. 🙁 Time off goes by too fast.

Good lord you wussie Cannucks, barely over freezing and you are bitching about how hot it is. Are you having to run the AC to stop your igloo from melting or something?

Subjectively, wind doesn't seem to make much difference when it's warm, and humidity's high.
Makes sense. The reason wind cools you off, is that it evaporates the sweat from your skin. If the humidity is near 100%, the evaporation will be low even if there is a wind. I have read that if the temperature is above body temperature, a wind will make it feel warmer, although I am not sure that is correct. I think the heat index is a bit incomplete though. I dont think it takes into account whether it is sunny or cloudy, and that can make a big difference in how your body reacts.
