Healthy way to increase body fat % and muscle mass?

i recently had my body composition done and i'm at 3% body fat... being 6'3" and 135lbs it wasn't really surprising, but it inspired me to do something about it. i suppose more fish, chicken, and carbs are in order...lifting some weights is also going to work it's way into my routine. anything else i should be doing?
 
WTF just eat more. At this point who cares what you eat, just eat more. Like 6 meals a day. Oh yea and go to the gym.
 
you know those "survival stories" where at the end they say "over the ordeal *the guy* lost a third of his body weight"?

i don't think i'd last very long... i have about 4 pounds of fat to live on before i start eating my own organs lol

The average for a skinny person is 12%. Gain some fat boy.

This is what I used to gain weight NLarge2

I was stuck at 200 lbs until I took the Nlarge2. Now im at 230 lbs.

Thats with 5 days a week of heavy weight training.

Those have about the same calories as a Fiesta Taco Salad at Taco Bell.

The salad has ALOT more fat though. 47g vs. 10g.

Umm, here is a stupid question. Are you a boy or girl? For a boy that is slightly unhealthy, for a girl that is near suicidal levels of body fat. Eat donuts for breakfast.
 
LOTS of potatos. (or potatoes.)

Sliced, mashed, fried, raw. Whatever you like. Just eat them three meals a day, which shouldnt be too difficult in an average American City.
