HD 5870 vs GTX 460

Gtx460 will run cool. They are also a virtual guarantee to oc to 800 Mhz. Don't hesitate if it fits your budget.

For $280 you can get 2 GTX 460 1gb: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121390

That is 10% slower than the 5970, and 13% faster than the 5870. However, my assumption SLI & OC GTX460 would be at the same performance level as an OC 5970.

IMHO, GTX460 is the best bang for buck card at the moment.
