I don't think that's going to translate into particularly good build quality or reliability, unless these problems are able to magically fix themselves. LOL. With Toyota and Honda, you have suffer the indignity of riding around in an oriental sushi wagon, but at least they're (usually) reliable. With Nissan, you get something that's ugly, Japanese, and unreliable.

These are NUMBERS of REPORTED problems. That means that a rattle and a transmission problem count the same. People buying Nissans consider a defect what domestic buyers consider a feature.
You find me a domestic car that is built better than it's Nissan counterpart.
If domestic quality is so great, how come Ford, GM and Chrysler are the only ones advertizing their service departments. Must be big enough business to justify pouring all that marketing into it
