They can enter the premises with reasonable cause that a crime is being committed and witnessing it. Seeing kids drinking booze and served to minors = crime.

Busts like this happen on ever college campus there is. Get over it.

If you want to avoid it, then don't serve to minors or allow them to consume on your property.

Amount of federal funding cut when a state drops the drinking age below 21 > the number of votes by sub-21 drinkers.

Wow. Sucks. College town or no? I've been at too many parties that have been busted. They know there's underage drinkers. They just kick you out and if they're feeling mean they write you a noise violation ticket. I guess if they feel really mean they'll totally bust you for everything, but I've never heard of that yet. The last party I was at had a warning with a cop just parked outside the complex. We knew to STFU by then and get the drunkards out of there. No problems.

Also, it says that cops cannot enter without a search/arrest warrant. What about in the case of a noise violation?

It's a red flag, you're just asking for the cops to show up by having that many ppl there. Surely a neighbor or management is going to complain.

My friend had a party at her condo a few weeks ago. Well over 100 ppl showed up and a lot of them were underage. Well, the cops showed up and basically said he was going to turn his back for 15 minutes and when he comes back all the people under 21 better be gone.
Surprised everyone at your party was ticketed though.
