Have you ever been banned or given a warning from the mods?

Umm..... I have been banned 2 times for being stupid and miss wording things.
But I dident know anand back then.

I think I remember a similar thread like "what do you think of the mods" or whatnot.

Actually, they have stated explicitly that they can and will read PM's if circumstances warrant it.

Yes, I had a sig they deemed inappropriate, and the email they sent got ate by my ISP and never got to me...so, thinking I was ignoring them, they banned me.

They've also told me to lay off of neffing a couple times during some ubar neffing sprees...but hey, we all know my posts are usually quite useful, helpful, and appropriate, right?!

I don't know why, but my question about trolls thread has been locked. I think you have to walk on eggshells.

In all probability it was locked because the answer is easily available via either a google search or a search of the thread archives here. The mods tend to lock redundant threads in order to keep bandwidth use down.

The mods apparently thought I was mocking them by posting it again, this time explaining the meaning of "IBTL".

Truth is, I never saw their initial warning until it was too late.
