That's Haswell and not Broadwell. Still, I think it is unlikely, at least in Broadwell. However, the Broadwell one chip models are rumored to not have any or not enough to do discrete graphics though.

Yes I agree, so far no source confirming that there will be PCIe 3.0 on Broadwell. It could be that since Intel initially intended Broadwell to be BGA only, they might not have thought PCIe 3.0 would be useful. So the only Broadwell setups would be with iGPU, and no discrete GFX card. I.e. typical BGA All-In-One PC systems, and laptops.

Ah, the joys of rumours and speculation. All it takes is one or two incidents (Intel removing VT-d from k-class chips, Intel patching out overclocking on H87/B85 motherboards) and people will believe that Intel is capable of anything.

Broadwell to be BGA-only, Broadwell to be PCIe 2.0 only (or to have too few lanes to be useful for PCIe 3), etc.

If anyone wonders why the VT-d thing was such a big deal (for example), maybe now it is more clear?
