sigh
im 5'10" and a 1/2
weigh 170lbs or so
skinny body, slight bit of a gut though
technically i'd say im underweight still, but a portion of my weight just concentrated because im lazy as all hell and know that. this summer im gonna get in shape before i head to college since i'll be in Army ROTC and that will kick my ass if I don't. will lose some weight in the gut area in the process just because that fat will finally get turned into energy.

if ur anything like me, judging by your weight and height thats quite likely, than get off those damned pills. all you need to do is move around and get some exercise. you don't really even need to change your diet. whatever you have been eating has been working for you, its the lack of exercise that is adding the weight. eating better and light exercise can do it too. i use to be active and had no stomach at all, and i've never changed my diet. i stick to carbs, i love anything bread related or with sugar for the most part. i wolf down desserts. but as soon as i lost my activity that weight started packin on.

all you need is some motivation and self control.

Diet and exercise !? Thats too much trouble!

Ill eat whatever I want, try these crazy diet pills, post about it on ATOT, then declare them a failure and move on.

Lol. I guarantee you would feel better not giving your body a bunch of junk. You are what you eat!

Hoodia..

My Dad uses it, not to lose weight, but just for energy.. he says it's awesome.

Wow! I didnt notice a small rush after eating the soup. The water from the soup must have done it. But I was thinking WTF? There was nothing on the bottle about an energy boost.

Get out and do something with that energy. You can be as skinny as you want, but if you are not working on your muscles and your heart it is kind of pointless.

Good point. Cya!

Good job

For most people, eating junk food is more psychological than anything. If someone can take the pills for a couple of months to get "trained" not to eat and snack all the time, then proper diet and exercise can follow afterward.

You should run, not drive to CVS.

don't buy anything. And run back home.

That's all you need.
