I've seen those horrible, horrible pics before. Turns out that's what a diet high in animal products will do to you, and I remember gluten products being mentioned too. So how did they err, retrieve those samples in one piece? Surgery? Was there some people tasked with eating a ton of that stuff and waiting over a basket or something? Bleh!

Still think I'd be more interested in purchasing a PenisBlow product of some kind...

my roommate takes sometype of high fiber powder stuff he puts in his drink once a day or so. I know the container says colon cleansing or something like that. I'll see what he uses.

Oatmeal in the morning mixed with wheatgerm, and a 16 ounce glass of grapejuice with a double dose of MetaMucil mixed in with it is a sure fire way of keeping that colon clean.
