I think my neighbor might have bought the 3 pack and got the free T-shirt as well. I'll ask him how everything came out. And yes, I'm serious too, he really did order it, or told me that he was seriously contemplating it.
 
Increasing ones fiber intake would definately help, but for the years of impacted fecal matter, it would not. This looks like it has some sort of ..super cleansing action, if you will. The pics tell it all. I'm definately gonna try this stuff.

Yep..but I guess this product was named after that joke, or something to the sort. It is a real product now, however.
