Verizon has this thing where you can use your current plan for $10/24 hours while abroad. I was wondering if anyone has used it before. This may be a dumb question, but if using it, will you have a US based IP? Or is it going to just pick up one of the networks local to the area?
The reason I ask is because I want to use Pandora while on vacation next week but I already know that Pandora doesn't work in Aruba. So I'm wondering if I do the international plan if I'll have a US based IP so that it will work.
If not I'm thinking of maybe remoting into my desktop at home and running Pandora on there. But I'm not sure how that would work if it will actually play, I might test it out while home.
