Like all service packs, if you don't run them your likely exposed to known vulnerabilities. Take the recent .jgp exploit as an example. SP2 was immune, SP1 needed patching after they found the vulnerability.Originally posted by: ravana

I had it pop up when I reinstalled yesterday, I installed it anyways.
SP2 on the otherhand I am not sure about? What's the general consensus on that?
