you know what. I was thinking the same thing this morning as all the office computers prompted me of the update. I read the description and thought to myself ("Wasn't this the exactly same patch description back in service pack 1?") Microsoft isn't even describing the "real" problem they'll be fixing. I no longer believe its what it says, so I too will take on this approach.

If someone uses Linux, clamum's post could be entirely true.

I use Windows... it works fine, I don't have spyware problems, so why install things I don't need?
