I don't see what's so difficult to comprehend. Have you heard of tolls? Not that tolls would be the only source of funding (several other ideas have been proposed), but the general idea is that you aren't forced to pay some generic tax for something you'll never use.

He has said he will NOT run in 4 years again for the presidency. Twice is enough. It doesn't really matter who runs libertarian in his place though. Unlike Democrats and Rebublicans, you are voting for a party in this case and not the person; furthermore, they aren't puppets like the 2 big parties. Each person has the same goals and stand the same on the issues, so it doesn't matter which libertarian is elected. Most publicity for the Libertarians in the near future will be from their upcoming FEC lawsuit. It will be great to see that down.

He just represents the large portion of close-minded individuals whose fear of change is so great that they refuse to listen or consider anything except what their church, parents, or government has brainwashed them into believing. It is blantantly obvious that BowDown knows nothing about Browne, the Libertarians, and probably even how his candidate stands on the issues. He only knows that the majority is always right and the majority is Republicrat. In a sense, BowDown's idiocy is humorous. But on the other hand it is very depressing and sobering to realize that he has as much influence on the future of this country as intelligent people do.

FYI - There is really one person behind the recent economic success of the United States. He is chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank, and his name is Alan Greenspan. He is also a devout Libertarian. Come to your own conclusions.
