Ms. Powell, who had appeared with the Trump campaign at a news conference just last week about his efforts to overturn the results of the election, had been embraced by many of his allies.

Yes, yes, the Republican Party led by Trump trying to overturn an election is no big deal.

Even being concerned about the precedent it sets with 73 million Republican voters is just as bad as the Republicans trying to overturn an election.

Saw this article a couple of days go and almost posted it myself. The thought processes of these people are just impossible to conceive. And the worst part, is these are not just some rednecks living in a trailer in Louisiana, the guy has a masters degree in chemistry. Our country is in a mess from which I am not sure we will ever recover.

Evidently same is true for M.D.s. Ben Carson, that radiologist who's mouthing off for Trump's CV19 task force now. Of course, every 5+ YO knows you can't trust any old lawyer. Anyone with 3 licks of sense knows you can't trust any old POTUS at this point.

Edit: And note, PHD>Masters. TBH, I wouldn't trade my street smarts for all the degrees in the world (easy to say, but yeah, street smarts are something you don't get at institutions of higher learning).
