One tablespoon in a pot of anything = win.

I make my own. I haven't tried any bottled hot sauce that is super hot AND tastes good. They either taste like battery acid or are not hot.

I enjoy Frank's Red Hot sauce. I put that shit on everything.

Actually one thing I have not tried is ice cream. I have to try that. It would be cold and hot at the same time. Throw in some banana peppers and call it the Chuck Norris sundae.

Ha, that is my favorite sauce. I'm on my third bottle in ten years 🙂. Never saw someone post about it before. Original Juan for the win.

It's not the hottest sauce I've ever had, but it is very, very hot, and has a wonderful smoky, home-brewed flavor. I think a tablespoon of this is probably too much for most pot dishes. My wife did that once with a slow-cooker full of chili and the kids couldn't even eat it.

A tablespoon isn't very much. What makes it better than other hot sauce?

Yeah, a tablespoon of this is quite a bit, trust me. No matter how hot-sauce-he-man you are.

I don't know about that. I put a heavy teaspoon of ghost chili sauce on each of my cheese and crackers. I haven't had a non-extract sauce yet that I don't load up on my food.

I don't doubt there are people on the extreme end of the tolerance spectrum who can do that. I've been eating 100% Pain for years and I can't. But yeah, if you do that with ghost chilies this stuff will probably taste like water. For the ordinary every day pepper-head, some caution is in order.
