Yeah, a tablespoon of this is quite a bit, trust me. No matter how hot-sauce-he-man you are.
I don't know about that. I put a heavy teaspoon of ghost chili sauce on each of my cheese and crackers. I haven't had a non-extract sauce yet that I don't load up on my food.
