Hamstrings and pullups

Dunno. Try doing them with your legs in a different position.

I tend to do pullups cross-ankled because it keeps your legs from flailing about and it's a little less core-centered. It's also great for doing forced reps, as your partner can easily assist by lifting from your ankles.

Or, maybe switch to straight-legged. Whichever is a change from you're doing now.

Ill give that a shot tomorrow. There has been plenty of times my set was cut short due to them locking up on me.
