Nice way to avoid answering the question. Israel has made it clear that if these Arabs stop lobbing rockets, arming suicide bombers, etc... they would get a lot more accomplished and have a leg to stand on morally and ethically in the current debate.

Palestinians have made it clear that if these Israelis stop killing them, building illegal settlements, etc... they would get a lot more accomplished and have a leg to stand on morally and ethically in the current debate.

Look at your post above.

Which Arabs? Hamas lol okay but Hamas doesn't speak for the ones in the West Bank.

You are pro Hamas because you acknowledge in a underhanded way their reasons to commit violence.

No idea what you're talking about. Did I say something that you were responding to here?

I understand why both sides are committing violence. Does that make me pro both even though I agree with neither?

Its one thing to know what the views of Hamas are but its a totally different idea when you not only know their views but support these views to absolve them from ever renouncing violence. This isn't rocket science and you are nothing more then pro-Hamas shill.

The first thing to recognize about both Hamas and Hezbollah, or even Fatah now, if that much of their work has nothing to do with terrorism and and everything to do with helping their own people. But especially in Hamas and Hezbollah there is also a military wing. Which means, in having a military and social wing, it very much resembles governments all over the world. There is nothing incompatible with the US government have a secretary of Health and Human services wing, and secretary of defense wing also.

Nor does a military wing have to be used offensive or terrorist uses, in the case of Hezbollah, which can now boast, Israel will think long and hard before trying to invade Lebanon because we defend Lebanon.

Well, the Nazis and the Communists also had their social welfare departments and ran them for the benefit of the people. So what?

As a supporter of Hamas, have you read "Son of Hamas"? This extraordinary insider's recounting of the birth and development of Hamas certainly discounts your claims and invalidates your defense of Hamas.

As to the Fatah Palestinians in the West Bank, they would be summarily executed by Hamas as being fatally weak in the struggle to destroy Israel and all Jews. Not that Fatah hasn't done more than their fair share toward that goal.

Hezballoh is a creation of Iran. Yes, they are brothers with Hamas in the cause of killing all Jews and destroying the State of Israel. They, too, have social welfare departments, but, strangely, just like Hamas, anyone who is not Muslim doesn't seem to have any access to their services. Why is that?

Hamas, Hezbollah, Fatah et al. are not recognized as government entities. It would be the same thing as the KKK carving out a portion of Mississippi and stating "This is now our land and we govern it."

And correct, there are military branches to a lot of these organizations...but their military hides behind civilians, sends children to kill indiscriminately, hides arms in schools and hospitals, and don't identify themselves as military with a uniform. It isn't a level playing field. They don't obey rules of the Geneva Convention, for example. They don't wear a uniform. They do things like bomb a Sbarro pizza parlor and kill lots of innocents just to do it.

I'm not saying the US has never killed an innocent person...but they are generally accidents, genuine mistakes, or collateral damage from trying to take out a high profile target. Meanwhile bombing a night club (see Dolphinarium) does NOTHING militarily and only kills innocent people.

Just today there was news of a 7 year old being killed by one of these factions because they said he was a spy.

Fuck them all. Some used to be peaceful and now it is clear they are only out for blood and revenge.

And when there has become resolution and Israel has been either killed or moved (really the only way at this point to please the muslims) we will see fighting between Hamas and Hezbollah. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend." That should be continued with "And when our mutual enemy is gone, my friend will be my new enemy." PLF, PLO, et al. can attest to this.

Then there will be fighting over who gets to rule what, and countries will divide and side with Hamas or Hezbollah and who truly should rule the muslims and Palestine...

It takes some real "progressive" thinking to compare Hezbollah and Hamas to the US.

Israel was ready to give over some of their land to Palestine. This was undermined by Arafat who wanted all or nothing. Give us all the land or we will kill you. Hamas was nothing more than a pawn in all of this. Now Hamas, a once peaceful organization, is now a terrorist organization bent on destroying Israel and is not interested in making a deal. They are not interested in their people. They are interested in power and that is all.

And Israel has done its share of bad shit... BUT they are like a viscious dog that has been poked by mean neighbor children. When that dog finally loses control and bites the child, who is to blame?

Lastly, Israel does not used suicide bombers. This is the worst kind of terror tactic and does nothing more than kill innocent people. Therefore, Israel is the lesser of two evils.

That description fits both sides.

Israel has killed far more innocent people.

Sorry dude, but building illegal settlements is not exactly on the same moral footing as using suicide bombers against civilians.

Wnat to try again?

Oh you want to compare bombs that kill civilians on each side?

1. Show me proof of Israeli bombs killing civilians, then...
2. Show me proof that it was sanctioned by the Israeli government, then...
3. Show me proof that it deliberately and as a matter of tactics targeted civilians, then...
4. Show me proof that it is a common occurrence.

Every single one of these conditions is true of Hamas' violence. I suspect only one, possibly two are true of Israel's.

Hezbollah will not give Israel any pause if they need to exterminate a problem.

Remember that is was Hezbollah that screamed for a ceasefire; not Israel.

Israel adapted its tactics to Hezbollah and drove forwarded.
