You need a voluntary vacation Romans . . . not everyone shares your point of view. Get used to it. It takes two to tango and the Israelis and Palestinians have been trading tit for tat killings and murder for a long time now. Blaming one side and not the other only shows you're interested in 1/2 the story.

your vitriol is unwelcome;

So how are the Palestinians supposed to responed to Israeli's air strikes.
no longer trying to kill civilians would work.
Reverse the roles, make Palestine the more powerful of the two and would you expect Israel to do anything different?
the Israelis wouldn't target civilians with suicide attacks.
Sure that guy is getting on a bus to get his point across but this is their only available tactic to defend themselves
murdering civilians isn't 'self defense'

then why is Sharon still alive? he orders attacks on Palestinian militants, that end up killing innocent civilians in the process.
you answered your own question:
hamas orders strikes on non combatants, with the intent of killing innocent civilians.

I'm sure that changes your view on the subject, right?

They have no weapons how do you expect them to target the miltitry targets. I'm sure if palestinian had jets and helicopters they would much rather attack the military then civilians.

Other then killing civilians how should palestinians responded to israeli's attacks?

I love it when the Christian Taliban gets sand in his pussy. Cheers Moonie. As to this topic, like someone else said, cause and effect. Yes Hamas' methods are wrong, but no one here has ever given a viable alternative for Palestinian resistance. I really think its naive to beleive that a Gandhi aproach would work against the Israelis. If there was no resistance, be it right or wrong, all of the West Bank would be one giant settlement with Gaza as its parking lot. Anyone who truely beleives that Israel will ever allow the creation of a vialble Palestinian state is beyond naive, their just plain retarded. And with Bush sucking Sharon's cock 24/7, the whole Israel situation is just causing more and more hatred towards Americans, which is the only thing I really care about.

Looks like it happens both ways... keep spinning it to suit your views - you reap what you sew...Noboby is more right than the other guy, and if you think you are then you have just become part of the problem, not the solution...

someone mentioned the wall Isreal is building. that reminded me of a movie I watched the other day called Rabbit Proof Fence. Seems Israel may be using that as a model. It was a very good movie btw.

well geez, I'd have to say that includes a lot more people and governments than just the Palestinians and Arabs. Or are they just terrorists because they are Arab?

hmm... i think you're reading your definition incorrectly. The unlawful use being the key. Its illegal in all Arab nations to blow yourself up killing people around you. Its probably legal in Israel (because the Israel Supreme Court hasn't said anything) to target and kill terrorists, even with missiles that might kill other bystanders.

I worry what effect this might have on the fate of the hostages in Iraq.

Some of the militants may use it as an excuse ....

If Israel unconditionally pulled out of the Gaza Strip, would that stop the violence?

No. The Palestinians still would declare some rightful ownership to Jerusalem and the Israeli settlements in the West Bank would be the next targets.

Why were the Palestinians and Arafat kicked out of Jordan by the govt there?

Arafat chose terrorism as a form of resistance against the Israelis at a VERY early age - yet somehow he became the leader of the Palestinian people??

http://www.yahoodi.com/peace/lebanon.html
In 1970 Arafat and his PLO were kicked out of Jordan when he began to move against King Hussein. That bloody day was known as Black September. Arafat fled to the unsuspecting and friendly arms of the Lebanese people. Lebanon was formerly governed jointly by Muslims and Christians according to the agreement after WWII. In the twelve years Arafat was there (1970 until the Israelis threw him out in 1982) he turned Lebanon into one of the most bloody killing grounds in the world. At least 100,000 Lebanese civilians were killed. Every corner of Beirut was a checkpoint for the terrorists to collect money, take your car, or simply blow you away. Muslim and Christian militia killed each other with joy.
When Israel captured Beirut, they found that captured Christian soldiers were brought to Muslim hospitals where they were literally drained of their blood for transfusions to wounded Muslim PLO terrorists. One village chief made the mistake of defying Arafat. His 16 year old daughter was kidnapped and delivered to her father's doorstep in a sack, with her breasts cut off. The PLO adopted the Roman practice of tearing a man apart by using horses pulling his limbs in four directions. Arafat's men were more modern, using fours cars to dismember a man.

Nobody is defending Romans828. He deserved a vacation for his responding to moonie's troll like he did. But it's become all too evident that certain members (one in particular) have special protection from rules and such.

Now back to the topic;)

Ya, you quote a site called yahoodi, which means jew. I'm sure that's a real unbiased and objective perspective on the whole thing. Show those same numbers and "facts" from a source that has nothing to gain by demonizing someone else.

I didn't even look at the URL -

Here is how I found it
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=palestinians+kicked+out+of+lebanon

I actually meant to type Jordan instead of lebanon

So, are you disputing the info or just the source?

Actually, my issue is that an elite member had just as vicious as an attack, and he wasn't banned.

And my new leaf turning is I'm not going to single out people in my signature.

Well in a way it is similar circumstance. We're sucked into this nasty war on terrorism in whole or part because of our decisions to support Israel. Israel is being a heavy in the area, we give them billions of dollars in aid to them and because of that, extremists put us in the same boat. I'm not for doing nothing in regard to terrorism but do you really think we'll ever get them all? One day it's just going to stop when we get enough of them? Israel needs to realize that as long as they continue their control over Palestine, they're going to always get more of what they're giving....Wouldn't it be smart to realize that our current methods (read WAR) for dealing with these situations isn't going to work...
