Yes, I realize video and ram are different. FWIW, my old copy of StarTrek: Armada does the same thing if I try to play on a machine with a gig of ram - if I drop it to 512meg, it plays fine. :roll:
Try removing some ram and let us know.

WTF man, Halo is not that old, it definitely wasn't meant to run on 256 colors. How does any of that make any sense in regards to his question?
