I like it, when I had a job at Loma Linda Childrens Hospital all they have in the vending machines was caffeine free dranks. So I switched due to lack of options. I ended up liking it over the regular stuff, as a Coke drinker I could definitely tell the difference, it's subtle but there.

I don't think so. I've never had them back to back to make sure but I don't recall caffeine free coke tasting any different than regular coke. You're not talking about diet are you?

I never claimed to know you, or want to. I was just stating that exercise will help regulate your sleep cycle a lot more than changing your soda drinking routine. You can shoot the messenger if you want, I was just pointing out some other ways to curtail your circadian rhythm. Sorry for that, continue your search for the easy fix.
