I am only 24 years old and in this age i am facing problem of hair loosing 🙁
as well as my hairs also becoming white day by day...
suggest some natural product or kind oh therapy..but should not be much expensive..

Are you visibly becoming bald or are you just having your hair shed itself? The head sheds about 100 or so hairs a day. I was worried I was balding but after 6 years of my head doing the same thing I've concluded its just naturally doing it. Only natural thing for Hair I know is Biotin which can help strengthen hair and make it grow faster. While men's hairlines tend to naturally recede overtime as we get older, there a big difference between that and male pattern baldness which you see typically in the early to mid-twenties, and are typically completely bald on the top of their heads by 25.

You may have a vitamin deficency or you maybe drinking too much caffeine which can cause your hair to fall out also.

One tip I learned is to massage your scalp WELL every time you wash your hair... Gets the blood flowing through your scalp... Very easy, and I don't shed half as much as I used to!

That and stress 😉

Nothing wrong with shedding hair and if you shed a lot of hair then it's a sign that you will have a good head of hair as you grow older. Take for example dogs and cats, they shed an extreme amount of hair on a daily basis because new strands are constantly growing to replace them. Another example would be my brother. He sheds an extreme amount of hair and to this day, he is one of the few in my family with plenty of hair still on his head. (I know he sheds alot because every single day, there's a hairball in the bathtub after he showers.)

What you should really be worried about is when your hair stops growing back to replace the ones that have started to shed.

Edit: but then again, there's really nothing you can do short of surgery if you are going bald. I've read there have been breakthroughs in a new lotion that was used to treat something. I can't remember exactly but it was on the news. I'll see if i can look it up but it really wouldn't matter because you can't buy the stuff yet, not without a prescription.
