Haha, I called my bank to set up online banking, and was asked......

Do you use AOL, or a real ISP? Buwahahahaha! 🙂

That was great. I said a "real ISP", then thanked the CSR for knowing the difference. 😉

God, you have no clue how frustrating it is to try to explain to some dumbass that AOL is really NOT his ISP, & that they merely piggyback on top of his real ISP's connection.

Customer: I'm paying for two ISP's! I want to cancel my Qwest ISP service, AOL is my ISP!
Me: Umm... Sir, Qwest is your ISP. AOL is not capable of being your ISP.
Customer: AOL says they're DSL capable!
Me: Yes, they are capable of working with DSL, but they still require that you have an ISP to provide the real connection.
Customer: That's not what they told me when I ordered this, I want to cancel my service!
Me: No problem Sir, glad to see you go! (well, not really, but I'm not very anxious to keep them on)

compuwiz1 - Doesn't Wells Fargo's online banking kick a**? I haven't found another bank traditional or Internet that compares.

It's especially nice if you have multiple accounts like savings, checking, credit card, line of credit, etc.

My Bank of America doesn't even offer "Internet banking" I think you have to d/l some software and dial up. WTF?
