Had caliper test today for body fat. 1st since August.

In August I was 195 and about 18.5% BF.
Today I am 185 and 12.3% BF

Yay for weights and eating much better.

My goal is sub 10% and about 170lb

Your numbers don't make sense. You only have to lose 4.25lbs to get to 10% bf assuming no muscle loss. Why do you want to lose an extra 10lbs of muscle?

There's a lot of advantages to having less mass, and assuming he can lose weight and not lose muscle at all is a little off isn't it?
 
My hobby is cycling. That will probably tell ya alot 🙂 - I want to 'float' up hills. Also, if I get below 10%, I won't be upset.
