I like the fs/t board and the help you can get on the other boards but damn you are right about the news board, it is ridiculous. It's like one of those gifts you open that has another smaller box inside every time you click a link
 
If you want to be banned post haste at [ H ] just bitch about the GPU reviews being non-scientific and then give detailed instructions on how to use adblock.
 
I like Hardforum. The FS/FT forum is great. I also like the tips, tricks, trolls subforum. If someone screws another member over on the for sale forum you can post in that forum and let it be known what happened. It's just another way to make buyers and sellers more accountable for their actions.
 
The folks at [H] are exactly like the folks here, opinionated asshole 12 year olds who think anything that they disagree with is lame. Kyle is a jerk but, he works at it. I like the reviews there because they make an effort to reflect real world performance rather than benchmarking. There are also folks there, like there are here, who make an effort to help without criticizing the person for asking.
