I got kinda fat for a while, but I've lost most of it now that I'm riding more.

i have and i've also lost. i have continued to workout as i've been w/my SO ... so depending if i'm trying to bulk, i've gained weight. if i'm on my lean cycle, then i've lost weight.

I lost about 15 pounds from cycling right before we got married, and I've maintained that since then.

Yeah, but in my case that's not a bad thing. I was pretty scrawny when we met (6' 155lbs), I've put on about 25 - 30 lbs (a good chunk of it muscle) since then.

Yeah, probably about 20 lbs. Less time spent exercising and more time spent doing home renos. That plus my golfercise program just didn't shed the pounds. Damn beer-cart girl. :p

I think everybody puts on a little bit. When you're really happy you're body will put on a few extra pounds.

I've put on more weight (10 pounds) but it is muscle (trying out for an Olympic sport). MY gf packed on the weight (25 pounds) and then lost it all last year. But now put most of it back on. :(

I stopped working out entirely during my last relationship. I entered the relationship at about 155 lbs, 3 years later I hovered somewhere around 165-170 lbs.

The weight gain is deceptive though because I probably lost about 10-15 lbs of lean muscle mass, meaning I gained about 25-30 lbs of fat. I started working out again when we broke up, and it was startling how much of my physique I lost. I'm as lean now at 140 lbs as I was at 155 lbs before the relationship. But I'm in a new relationship now and I'm determined not to let myself go again. Unfortunately it was a lot easier to keep fit at 19 than it is at 24. :(
