This girl I know went out with a guy last night (met on the net) and things happened. While she said it wasnt sex. Still to me the stuff that he did I consider it rape. I need to educate her.

What can be considered rape. I need to make her a little more wary of guys. I am afraid she will be raped and never know that she had been raped.

As others have said, I think forced sex acts constitutes rape. Otherwise I think it could be considered assault.

There is rape and there is sexual assault. There are probably dozens of names for specific acts that relate to assaulting somebody in a sexual fashion. Your friend said there was no sex, probably not rape then, but could be sexual assault.

If he had sex with her without her consent, OR if she was not in a condition to give that consent (i.e. drugged or drunk) then it is rape.

If he felt her up, etc. without her consent, it is sexual assault.

Basically from what I can gather from her. THis guy she went out with last night and despite me giving her ground rules on dating, she broke them. They ended up on the other side of teh "railway tracks" and apparnetly he was forcefully kissing her and stuff. He was groping her and stuff.. and according to her it was "makign out". Making out does not have "bite marks" and especially not when the girl is walking in pain cause this guy squeezed her down there. Apparently he was trying his way around her as much as possible to get her pants off. Apparently according to her she did say "stop" and "no" but he didnt take them into consideration. according to her he was too strong. I told her that last night was a sexual assault. Everything fits the sexual assault motive. Somehow she just rubbed it off like she does everytime I try to make her understand things.. damn it I hate her so much and then I love her cute curly hair and I start going back to her.. ( I need help )

I tried to make her understand that what he was doing was not right. She said "oh maybe that is how he makes love". I told her that is not how love is made. Guys know she is a virgin and what more can a dick trotting guy think of more than nailing a virgin girl who is too innocent and naive to figure out what just happened. Anyway I gave her some rape information and stuff hopefully nothing much happens. The thing is that i managed to find out taht every guy she went out with has tried to get into her pants. If its so obvious how come I am not doing her. Well because I am too much of a push over and I am a nice guy. Somehow women cant take advantage of a nice guy and end up with horrid bad boys who do not respect the woman.

I just hope tonite's so called internet date goes well. I hope she follows my ground rules.

It's likely that she's not an idiot, but has issues around her self-esteem, etc. And you can call me a liberal dumbass or whatever, but it's not ever the woman's fault when she is raped. You can put yourself in bad situations, but that doesn't justify what happens or make it your fault.

BUT, i think you should cool it and back off, because it's not your life, and it's pretty clear why you're doing this be a good friend, but don't don't obsess about other people's lives and get wrapped up in their troubles. just state your opinion, and if she's not willing to listen (which it sounds like she isn't), that's that.

in short, let me just say that i've been there... there used to be a girl that i liked, and i would worry about her life, whether guys she was seeing were nice, etc. but there came a point when i realized it was really retarded, because it was just a waste of time, as people never change... at least when you want them to. sometimes you just gotta let go.
