geez, tell her to stop dating guys from the internet!! she obvioulsy has self esteem issues on many levels. if in any way she is incomfortable or is in pain and she says NO, the guy should back off. i don't think technically it's rape but it IS wrong what the guy is doing. if she can't see that, she needs to stop hanging around guys that are going to take advantage of her.

PLEASE PLEASE show her this thread so she can realize how idiotic she is being.

Apparently the guy wasnt quite the looker as he described himself to be.

Thanks for the help guys. I am trying to make her understand that she shouldnt be dating right now.. trying to find a bf or otherwise. I am also going to stop caring for her soon. I talked to my friend katrin and she once again said i should stop caring for someone who definatly doesnt care for herself.

In state of California, definition of rape is:

An act of sexual intercourse accomplished against a persons will by means of force, violence, drugs, menace, duress, or fear of immediate and UN-lawful bodily injury on the persons or another.


Willing or not, if it involves a minor, it's a statutory rape. Details here

 
maybe it is not considered rape but rather sodomy. Which is probably still illegal in most states , especially when done to an unwilling partner.
 
Jerboy, I am from Ca, and so is she. She is 21 yrs old so statuary rape cant be claimed.

I am showing her what CA thinks for rape victums and sexual predetors and stuff.. hope she learns from those sites.

I thought sodomy is more of anal sex than anything else. Am I wrong here. She didnt have sex, but rather this guy hurt her in her private parts by trying to get her into a sexual mode (or what ever).

The thing is this (and i figured it out) I told her since she agrees to meeting guys so early and getting their phone # etc etc.. the guys thinks she is a slut and want to do it with her... all this time she is a virgin (well she claims but I dont believe her). This whole problem is her fault...
