I do not... My hair is fine, why would I need to make it softer or silkier or whatever?

I don't use it, I was actually told it's bad as it makes your hair more oily. Don't know whether or not that is the case. I just don't have a reason to use it.

I use head and shoulders, don't know if it's a 2in1, but I heard 2in1s are actually pointless.

nope... my hair poofy beyond belief for having no curls in it... conditioner just makes me look like I'm touching one of those electro-static balls all the time..

I never use to, but ever since I stopped shampooing every day I started conditioning regularly. I don't even have long hair, but my hair is a lot nicer as a result.

This.

I stopped using shampoo and now use conditioner every day. I think my hair is much better for it.

eh depends;

If you're a guy with short hair, on days you don't exercise there's really not a reason to shampoo your hair. I go to the gym 4-5 times per week, and I shampoo on those days, and not on the others. My hair is much softer and shinier looking since I started following that pattern. If I'm going to the gym a lot, and thus shampooing my hair more, I will use conditioner a few times per week

Yeah I do. If I don't shampoo everyday (when my hair is very short), I'll condition instead.

I use some girly crap too like Neutrogena Triple Thick Daily conditioner. It works very well. I have coarse hair...

I have oily scalp...so that is a huge no.

Completely different thing though. Conditioner helps the hair itself too. Use something for oily hair first to get the bodily gunk out and then use conditioner to give it nutrients/moisture.

I've got curly/wavy hair, so I pretty much have to or else it can get tangled and nasty. The 2 in 1 stuff seems to work ok, but separate shampoo and conditioner works much better. It doesn't mean you're metro if you use it. I just pick up a 2 pack of each about when I'm running out and Costco has a coupon for whatever brand. If you've got straight hair, I don't see anything wrong with using a 2 in 1 though.

Out of curiosity, what does shampooing your hair have to do with going to the gym? Is this the only time you ever get out of the house?

I do everyday. I also have semi short, but thick wavy hair. If I don't my hair turns into an afro. Filipinos and afros don't mix.

I shower every morning and hell, I don't even use shampoo... but it has more to do with the fact that I shave my hear with the #1 adjustment.

Yea, verily.
My hairs would be frizzy without it. Conditioner helps it lie flat.

Dude, they have Men's Bodywash/Hair Wash with built in conditioner out now. Axe, Dial, Mennen, and bunch of others make it. Use conditioner to keep your scalp from drying out in the winter. Nothing girly about it- infact the dandruff and scalp itch it can prevent are worth it.

Sometimes, but I don't really notice much of a difference. Ran out recently and not sure if I'll bother to get anymore.
