I read that, too. But...um...I don't think that's how that works. A midget family is predisposed to having midget children. But it's not guaranteed.
But a deaf man and a deaf woman having deaf babies? Is that even likely?
yes 50% of congenital deafness is caused by hereditary conditions, if both parent's have bad genes and depending on the hereditary condition there's up to a 100% chance of passing it on.
