Don't think games with accounts aren't allowed to be sold on here because the developers don't allow it.

IIRC, the way it works is that you sell the game (ie, discs, manuals, etc.) and the account comes with it (but you're not paying for the account, technically).

Being the resident antiGuildWars Zealot, I feel the need to post in a thread like this.
Ok game, but like so many other online roleplaying games, the community ruins it. If you liked diablo II style multiplayer have at it. If you have some friends that will play it with you, all the better, but dont expect much in the way of PUGs in this (or any online RPG for that matter). I wish that there were some online RPGs that had great communities. The best community thus far has been on the RPG servers (non pvp) in EQ2, but it is not what it used to be. But, I am sticking to single player RPGs for now. Have not played any online RPGs (or MMORPGS) for about 4 months now.
/goes back to playing Baldur's Gate

i bought the game when it first came out. i got to lvl 7 then got bored. but now a year later i really got into it and im lvl 17 and im really liking it. it's great when you find some good people to quest with, especially with the missions that you find the bonus's for and such. i've really gotten into it. maybe the updates made it better but i've really gotten into it. and how the hell do you explore the whole map and get a title, IT'S SO DAMN HUGE!!!!

so if someone wanted to start playing guild wars today, what should they buy? the original version or the factions version or do you have to have the original to use factions?
