My homemade Guac, is about 90% for sure.

Mine is about 75% - 80% avocado. I add in onion, cilantro, garlic, tomatoes, peppers, limes, spices and so forth. For those that claim to make 100% avocado guacamole, I would really think that such a preparation would taste pretty bad as guacamole, and in fact would not even really be guacamole. But, to each their own.
