Guardians of the Galaxy

hmm i read a few of the comics. IF they can pull off a Live action movie on this it would be great to see.

I'm not a kid and I have no idea about ANYTHING regarding the Guardians of the Galaxy universe.

I do know it is involved with the Marvel Cinematic Universe - I'd expect something to do with them in the 2nd Avengers film as well, since the Guardians' film is in Phase 2 and is the last movie to be released prior to the 2nd Avengers film. So far, the only known movie AFTER the 2nd Avengers film is Ant-Man. Avengers 2 could be nuts, because I almost wonder if Ant-Man will be introduced in Avengers 2 (Age of Ultron), or if he'll have a full-on origin story with what makes him become Ant-Man. Which would still make it likely that he shows up in the 3rd Avengers film.

They aren't the most popular thing in Marvel, which was why I commented kids wouldn't know about them.

Ant-man was supposed to be in the original Avengers movie, but was cut. I could see them ending up fighting Ultron.

Well so far the story includes both Pym and Lang for the Ant-Man movie.
Michael Douglas is Pym, Paul Rudd is Lang.

I do wonder if perhaps they'll start with showing Pym in Age of Ultron, and some of his role carries over into the Ant-Man movie but otherwise Lang's origin gets the main story focus in that film.

And nobody really cares about the original Drax/StarLord from the 70's because of the latest reincarnation from around 2008 or 2009. Which totally revamped the lineup, unfortunately.

Also, kids don't care about the comic book version of rocket raccoon, only that he's a cute animal that kicks ass like sonic or chewy or lion king.
