GTX 780 or R9 290 for 1080p gaming

Interestingly, the TPU 290 has completely different power consumption values than the HT4U one, being more in line with what the "old" card that HT4U tested.
So this may be based on the old driver, and not yet taking into account the higher fan rpm?
It does look very intriguing, that there is a 40W Furmark /peak gaming difference between these two sites.

I don't think there will be 780 GHz edition, but the EVGA 780 OC w/ ACX is really fast, basically as fast as a Titan. Not sure on price where you are.

Gigabyte is making one.

As I can recall, the game is bundled as a CD-key.
You should be able to activate this regardless of the card. So you should be able to sell it.
