I am in the same boat, I will be buying something (28nm) in the 250-400 range before May 15th. Would be nice to see what NV will bring to the table in this regard, but time marches on...

I'll be buying before then also. Once finals are over, I'm buying a GPU, and if Nvidia is going to keep screwing the pooch in the corner and hyping up cards they can't even maintain production on, I'll go AMD. The 7950 is getting pretty attractive by the day.
