Which is enough for gtx280 sli - depending on how much power the rest of his components are drawing. If you've got a raid array, water setup, fans, leds, hdds, usb devices, disc drives, sound, phsyx, add-on cards, lcd panels, etc you might be cutting it close.
IMO, it's plenty enough power for one gtx280, unless your system is extravagant.
