I am sure you can. I just wonder if you could find a place where it drops the money off and hit them there after (hopefully) they make the rounds to the smaller banks. Perhaps catch one on a delivery to multiple banks coming out of the reserve or something.
 
Make sure you return all of the items you recover on your good samaritan missions. Supposedly a guy you help out gives you $100k in stocks.

Yep, I got that one on accident. I hit the guy right as he stole the guys stuff. The guy picked it up and thanked me. I got 100K stocks later via email.
 
There is one you find a girl tied up next to two guys digging a hole. Kill them and give her a ride and she gives you $60k cash money!

If you do the Franklin ? near Palito bay at the very top of the map (triathlon one). It is right near where it ends. The red dots will show up on your map. At first, I thought it was a bear or some kind of animal, until I got close and saw two guys digging a hole.

It is close to a major highway if that helps you find it any. I didn't have to take any side roads after I got her in the truck the guys (presumably) came in.

That's not the attempted rape one, is it? Because I found a couple guys trying to rape some poor woman on the side of the road, killed them, drove her home and got like $80 and a contact added. It was on a road south of Sandy Shores though, so it sounds like a different encounter.
 
I had to take a break, I was getting burned out on this game. I'm going to finish the story this weekend so it will be done before the multiplayer comes out. My big problem now is that NBA 2k14 drops the same day as GTA 5 multiplayer. So I've got gta5, nba2k14 and madden 25 to all play online til ghosts comes out in November. Great time to be a gamer
 
keep in mind nothing carries over to multi player. your multi play character will be all new with his own money pool.
 
I've got a feeling that the launch of online is going to terrible, since it will be hammered by 5+ million people instantly.

If you have to upgrade stats like the single player (driving, shooting, etc)... I'll probably go just jump in the ocean and get my lung capacity maxxed while everyone else is trying to race with 1000ms latency.

No. It has to do with some mob stuff. She tells you all about it on the ride back.
 
I have come upon several other threads and investment guides on IGN and I am not at all convinced that blowing up vehicles associated with companies or planes has any impact on the stock prices on LCN. For example I just took out well over 10 planes at the air port and FlyUS was at a negative 10% (I have no idea what it was before). I slept for a total of 5 days and it has not changed one iota. They are called snuff investments and addressed in my third link, its first post saying they are debunked.

from what the rumors say, it will be pay to win. we will see. supposedly you lose your cash when you die and you can buy money through microtransactions. nothing confirmed.

As long as the microtransactions are not required I don't mind. I wont be paying to have more game money or special things. With the limited amount of play time I get I hope I can finish this before I get my ps4. I'll have to find out how to hook up my ps3 to my pc monitor to finish it otherwise.
 
I haven't had a lot of time to play since I have been out of town for work, but I got to play a bit on Saturday. Did a couple of missions just to get going, then went to explore the city. I found the marina, hopped in a speed boat, and spent the next hour or so just cruising around the entire island listening to 80s rock on the radio. Even went up a few of the rivers to see the sights, and hopped out on an island to watch the sunrise.

I know gta is known for its over the top violence and whatnot, but I thought it was just really cool all the attention to detail in the oceans and rivers that it was truly enjoyable just to take a little joy ride. Really an amazing game.

Problem is, people will be having all the weapons and vehicles and you'll have nothing. So it will be a major balance issue if this turns out to be the case. So you can say "I don't care" now, but when you constantly have no chance to do anything in the game cause people paid to get ahead of you, it won't be fun.

It's only rumor but luckily I don't give a crap about playing this online.
