Make sure you bug her on a daily basis about job/apartment hunt. My wife were trying to help a friend out and until we started bugging him constantly, he had no intentions of leaving, even though he had agreed when he moved in to only be there 2-3 months.

Luckily the constant questioning worked becuase he came awefully close to finding his stuff sitting on the driveway when he came home from work.
